Nestled on the wooded hillsides of Saint-Cyprien, this modern 80 m² house combines contemporary comfort and natural immersion : fiber optics, air conditioning in every room, open-plan equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed and electric armchair for your moments of relaxation.

Imagine yourself after a day of exploring, comfortably settled in the living room, enjoying a good film or a good read, before slipping into a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed for a soft and restful night. Two bedrooms with built-in storage provide the space and privacy you need, while the kitchen invites you to create meals with fresh produce from the local market.

Outside, you can recharge your batteries in our 2,000 m² forest park, between a peaceful stroll under the trees and moments spent together on the covered terrace or around the barbecue. The garden furniture is the perfect place to sip a drink, read a book or simply enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet.

L'Esquirou du Sécadou is ideally located: just 12 km from Sarlat, close to the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies, at the gateway to the iconic castles of Beynac and Milandes, not to mention the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac. You can also indulge in a canoe trip on the Dordogne from La Roque-Gageac to combine cultural discovery with the pleasure of the water.
